JIM GILREATH: We do mostly complex litigation. We do a lot of probate litigation, trust litigation, a lot of litigation involving contracts and business disputes. We're mainly a business-oriented practice.
Our primary approach is that we prepare the case as if it's going to trial. A lot of lawyers at this day and time, I'm afraid, take cases and always figure they're going to settle them. And you can come up short with that type of strategy. We're always preparing for trial and we do whatever's go got to be done. We're a small firm, but we've got all of the resources that the big firms do. And you're really getting a big firm approach with small firm attention.
There's not much that I haven't seen. I've been before the United States Supreme Court twice. I've tried cases as far away as Colorado, Tennessee, Louisiana, New Jersey, all over North and South Carolina. And there's not many types of cases or experience that I haven't run into at some point in time. You get the benefit of a lot of experience when you come to this firm.
